How to use Fixated
- Measure 1 scoop.
- Mix with 10-12 fl oz of water.
- Take 15-30 minutes before your workout.
Follow all directions and warnings on your container. Each full scoop contains 250 mg caffeine; account for caffeine from other sources.

What does Alpha-GPC 50% mean?
The formula lists 300 mg of the 50% ingredient, rather than 300 mg pure Alpha-GPC.
