At selfevolve, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident with every purchase.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Products purchased directly from selfevolve.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery, including opened products.
We understand supplements can be personal, and not every product is the right fit for everyone.
To help prevent abuse of our return policy:
Only one opened product of the same SKU may be returned per customer.
Example: If multiple units of the same product are purchased, only one opened unit of that product is eligible for return. Additional unopened units may still be returned within the return period.
Returns are also accepted for:
- Damaged items received during shipping
- Incorrect items shipped by selfevolve
To begin a return, please contact omber@selfevolve.com and include your order number.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received or the return is otherwise approved by selfevolve.
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing. Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, including incorrect, damaged, or defective products.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was shipped
- The product arrived damaged
- There was a manufacturing defect
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Additional opened units of the same SKU beyond the first returned unit
- Clearance, closeout, promotional, or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Digital products
- Subscription orders already shipped
- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of:
- Product
- Packaging
- Shipping label
We will work quickly to make it right.
Third-Party Purchases
Products purchased through retailers, gyms, distributors, Amazon, or other third parties must be returned through the original place of purchase.
This policy applies only to purchases made directly through selfevolve.com.
