Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times (once shipped):

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control may affect transit times.
Same-Day Shipping
Orders placed before [12:00 PM local time] on business days may qualify for same-day shipment. Orders placed after the cutoff time will ship the next business day. Same-day shipping is not guaranteed and depends on order volume and inventory availability.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on service level, destination, and package size.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at omber@selfevolve.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate, but we are not responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
