Returns and Refunds

This policy applies to purchases made directly from selfevolve.com.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery, including for opened products. Contact omber@selfevolve.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. Please contact us for return instructions before mailing your package.

For satisfaction returns, only one opened unit of the same SKU may be returned per customer. Additional unopened units may be returned within the 30-day window. This opened-unit limit does not restrict remedies for damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products or rights under applicable law.

Return Shipping

For returns because a product is not the right fit or you change your mind, you are responsible for purchasing and paying for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and photos where appropriate. Selfevolve will cover necessary return shipping for these issues or provide another appropriate resolution. Do not send an item back until you receive instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and reviewed, or when a return is otherwise approved without sending the product back. Please allow 3–7 business days for us to process the refund. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post it.

Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind or satisfaction returns. Shipping charges related to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied item will be handled as part of resolving that issue and as required by applicable law.

Other Sellers and Your Rights

For purchases made through retailers, gyms, distributors, Amazon, or other third parties, contact the original seller and follow the policy that applies to that purchase.
